Window Wells
Window wells fill up with water due to negative
drainage. The water actually enters the well from the ground around
the well, not from rain water above as many people believe.


Removing, digging down inside the well, adding gravel
and positive drainage will usually always solve the mystery of window
wells leaking.
Interior drain tile systems and holes drilled though
the foundation wall are not necessary
