Most building codes recommend a 6" vertical drop for
every 1' away from the foundation for a mimimum of 10'. Water then should
be graded to run off by having a mimimum of 2% slope thereafter.
It is now regraded, sodded and flowing
to engineers specifications.
This area has been staked and sod removed.
After proper grading the swale will then
be resodded using the original sod.
