Spring Busting
Water can often just appear in your yard very mysteriously.
After you eliminate your sprinkler system it may be determined that
it is ground water or what many people call a 'spring'.
Water from a spring can easily be captured by trenching
through the spring.
By adding a geo textile fabric liner in the trench,
perforated drain pipe, encased in gravel, you can then redirect the
water.
After final grading,clean up, and landscaping the spring
will have disappeared from the back yard. This new homeowner can now
go ahead and sod their yard
