When all of the exterior drainage issues have been resolved you may have to install a sump pump if water continues to pressurize under the foundation and seep into the basement through cracks in the floor and at the floor/wall joint. This would be due to an unknown source of water such as an underground spring or water flowing back to the basement through utility trenches.
