Here is a crack in a foundation being repaired using epoxy and waterproof membrane. External repair provides certain advantages. By repairing the crack on the exterior rather than the interior, sheetrock, framing, carpet, etc. does not have to be removed. Exterior repair involves a small excavation by hand and the repair is far superior.
